We can imagine that health care is important for everybody, because we are talking about life or life quality. Why is this thema hard in our country? Basically because you need money to keep health, that is the main reason to confirm that prevention is the best way to avoid family health financial disasters.
This prevention must be done according to the different ages of human beings because health problems are quite different between a childhood and eldery, so it would be very important to make education in every point of life physiology. For babies prevention should be in day.Care centers ideal with both parents, then we should make prevention at school with the children maybe with a subject called "sanitary instruction" 45 minutes a week, properly given according to each age, and it should include nor only things like first aids but also nutrition, locomotive and body positions, drugs abuse, etc, but also promotion of life recovers like the practice of a sport, relaxation techniques and recreation activities. The main idea most be to create a well-balance life. I think the new generations will make the diference in a near future, keeping the good things and improveing the bad things.
We all should see, like you said, what isn't healthy in our life style and change those things, keeping the good things, as sport.

ResponderEliminarI think your post is very well done, because the mistakes that i find are only typing mistakes, for example: you wrote "helth" instead of "health", and "most be" instead of "must be". I also make the same mistakes because I write at the light speed xD.

-"health care", and no "helth care"
-I didn't understand with "We can imagine". Maybe you wanted to say "We know that", or something like that
-"a childhood" is just childhood.
-"eldery" should be replaced by "elderly"
-"For babies prevention should be in day" doesn't mean anything.
